Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions. Any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk.

This site may contain certain historical information which is not current and is provided for your reference only. We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time, but we have no obligation to update any information. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes to our site.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party and will not contain libelous, unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or any malware. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy.

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose, or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
• To violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others.
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, intimidate, or discriminate on any basis.
• To submit false or misleading information.
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code.
• To collect or track the personal information of others, or to spam, phish, pharm, spider, crawl, or scrape.
• For any obscene or immoral purpose, or to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service for violating any of the prohibited uses.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, or that the results obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products delivered to you are (except as expressly stated by us) provided "as is" and "as available" without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind.

In no case shall Dailybook, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages of any kind. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, in such jurisdictions our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Dailybook and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, suppliers, interns and employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Severability

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed. Such determination shall not affect the validity of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes. These Terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us.

If in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of these Terms, we may terminate this agreement at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments made through the Dailybook App and website (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Dailybook App. By authorizing a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Payments & Authorization

• All payments via UPI AutoPay, debit/credit cards, or any other approved method are processed only after user authorization.
• By completing a transaction, you confirm that you are the rightful account holder or have proper authorization to use the payment method.
• Once authorized, payments are processed through our secure gateway in compliance with RBI and NPCI guidelines.

2. Subscription Plans

• Dailybook may offer recurring or one-time subscription plans to access premium features.
• Monthly Plan: ₹149 — valid for 30 days.
• Quarterly Plan: ₹447 — valid for 120 days.
• Annual Plan: ₹1788 — valid for 365 days.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in specific and verifiable cases:

• Duplicate Payments — if a user is charged more than once for the same service due to a technical issue.
• Technical Failure — if payment was deducted but the service or subscription was not activated.
• Post-Cancellation Debit — if a UPI AutoPay charge was made after a valid cancellation before the debit date.

All refund claims undergo internal verification and confirmation from our payment gateway or UPI partner before approval.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

• User-initiated cancellations after successful service activation.
• Change of mind or accidental payments.
• Partially used subscription periods.
• Issues caused by factors outside our control (network failures, UPI downtime, or device-related errors).

5. Cancellations

UPI AutoPay (India)

• Users can cancel their recurring mandate anytime through their UPI app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.).
• Canceling AutoPay prevents future renewals but does not entitle the user to a refund for past payments.
• Subscription access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Manual or One-Time Purchases are final and non-cancelable once processed.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

• Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
• Processing time may vary depending on the user's bank, UPI app, or payment provider.
• You will be notified via email once a refund has been initiated.

7. Invoices & Disputes

• To request an invoice, email contact@dailybook.co.in within 7 days of your transaction.
• In case of a payment dispute, please contact us first before initiating any chargeback or reversal with your bank.
• Fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

8. Taxation & Compliance

• All fees are inclusive of applicable Indian GST, unless otherwise mentioned.
• All transactions comply with relevant RBI, NPCI, and digital payment regulations of the Government of India.

9. Jurisdiction

• This Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
• All disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore.
